Celebrating New Years with Neapolitan Pizza and Ragu Pasta
Happy New Year! Kicking off 2025 with my first visit to Extra Virgin Pizza, a spot specializing in thin-crust Neapolitan pizzas.
🍝 Oxtail Ragu Pasta
💸 SGD32
⭐⭐⭐⭐🌟 5/5
We started the meal with their ragu pasta and it was fantastic. The beef was incredibly tender, and the combination of textures and flavors made this dish super delicious.
🍕 Aloha'm Pizza
💸 SGD32
⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4/5
This pizza was crispy with a delightful balance of savoury and sweet flavors. My personal favourite part was the caramelized pineapple that added a subtle sweetness which complemented the prosciutto beautifully!
🍷 Twin Islands Sauvignon Blanc
💸 SGD16/glass
🍹 Lady in Red Dress Cocktail
💸 SGD14/glass
I'll skip the rating for cocktail drinks as I don't really enjoy alcohol. However, both paired well with the meal. The wine was light and crisp, while the cocktail had just the right amount of sweetness to refresh the palate.
🍮 Tiramisu
💸 SGD12
The grand finale: tiramisu. Generously portioned, incredibly soft, and not too sweet, making it a perfect dessert to end the night.
